Sea Bass with White Wine Sauce

Nowadays, healthy diet has become the main appeal when people eat. To live out this concept, I decided to make a dish using olive oil! The reason why I chose this dish is that it is easy to make but has high nutritional value.

The following are the ingredients I used:

A sea bass

Capers

Parsley

White wine

Cream

Olive oil

Lemon

Salt

Pepper

First of all, sprinkle some salt on both sides of the fish, grease the frying pan with olive oil, and then saute the fish until it becomes golden brown.(put the fish on the plate)

Second, whether our dish will be successful comes down to the sauce. To make the sauce, we should cut the parsley into small pieces and stir-fry them with olive oil, capers and white wine, and simmer them for about one minute. Last but not least, add heavy cream and some salt into the sauce, then our work is almost done!

With the sea bass and sauce prepared, sprinkle the sauce on the fish, and slice a lemon to decorate the dish, now our dish can be served!

  1. The fish you cooked looks very delicious! I think you must pay a lot of effort to finish these dish, and I don’t think I will have the same patient as you have. Just thinking of the part of prepare, I had lost my passion for cooking…ha ha. Anyway, it is really a good time to cook with Mother. When I stand by my mother, looking at her every move in the kitchen, the appreciation for her will be full of my mind. Maybe, the reason people enjoy cooking is based that people who eat can taste the affection behind flavor of delicacies. Therefore, people to cook and people to eat can get more pleasure from dishes. Dishes filled with love are the most delicious food in the world!

  3. Hi,
I was impressed by how wonderful your dish looks, since my friend and I tried to make “chow mein” once and it turned out being extremely salty. I envy your cooking skills!
My mom is not a creative cook like you, so I’ve never seen this special dish before. Did you come up with this recipe all by yourself? I think your mom must be a great cook!
