To sharpen
my cooking skills, I asked my mom to teach me something more challenging this
time. I don’t know the name of this dish, so I call it “the Hakka
cuisine”. The reason is that this dish is Hakka people’s traditional and
classic food.
Are you tired of eating lunch in cafeteria? Don't you feel junk food undermining your health? These are the reasons why I set up this blog!In my blog,I will record what skills I learn from my Mom in cooking, hope you will like them!<3

It seems pretty hard for me to make this dish (but I'd love to taste some:P). Actually I seldom cooked myself. The only dish I know how to make is pizza, which I asked my mom to teach me when I studied in junior high school and there was an activity that we were demanded to make a dish. The pizza I made wasn’t the one like Pizza’s Hut’s. I use toast instead of the dough and the last thing I need to do was put some cheese, pineapples and ham on the toast and have it in the oven. In fact, you might not even call it “a dish” :P, but I should say that was definitely delicious!
